Elvin was very pleasant to deal with. He even dropped the car around to a car Audio shop of my choosing for the radio and nav system to be upgraded to NZ standard and dropped the vehicle down to Tauranga at no extra charge.

This is an online purchase initially and the plan was bought unseen. However just to be sure everything was ok, we inspected the car before final payment was made. Elvin was very helpful and accommodating.
